On Thursday 7 and 8 January, two North American Cups took place in Lake Placid. Several Team NewCold skeleton athletes who normally sled in the Europa Cup participated in these North American Cups. Kimberley Bos, the leader in the World Cup ranking, also competed in these competitions. In about two weeks' time, Kimberley will compete for the Overall World Cup title in the last World Cup of this season which also takes place in Lake Placid. So the North American Cup was a great dress rehearsal for the skeleton athlete of Team NewCold. And as can be seen in the results also successful...
